Fire and Emergency Training Consultation Services was established in late 2004 and is based in the beautiful Southwestern New Hampshire region. (home to Mount Monadnock) FETC Services was literally born from continuous requests by area departments looking for specialized or type specific fire training. Thus, a few highly motivated instructors took on the challenge and FETC was formed.

Why choose FETC Services? We provide many top-quality Fire, Rescue, Hazmat and EMS Instructors who are highly experienced and field tested. Many of us are "Speciality Instructors" which brings the best instructors to your organization. FETC Instructors have been in the fire service for many years and deliver what really works!

18 years experience in various volunteer, paid-call, and career fire department's throughout the State of New Hampshire. Currently working as a Lieutenant with the City of Keene, New Hampshire Fire-Rescue Department. Senior Staff Instructor for NH Fire Academy, and previous Board of Director for the Fire Instructors and Officers Association of New Hampshire.

Serving the City of Keene Fire Rescue since 1987. Currently holds the rank of Captain - EMS Division. Jeff is also an adjunct instructor at Keene State College Fire Safety Program and a Staff Instructor at the NH Fire Academy. Specializing in the delivery of DOT Approved HAZMAT Training and Recertification, FEMA / Homeland Security ICS-NIMS-WMD, and MERRTT US Dept of Energy.

Marc Chappell - "Chappy" Associate FETC Instructor

Pro-Board & IFSAC certified NFPA 1001 Firefighter II, NFPA 1003 Airport Firefighter, FAA Airport Firefighter, NFPA 1021 Fire Officer- III, NFPA 1041 Fire Instructor-III, NFPA-DOT Haz-Mat Technician, Haz-Mat I/C, NFPA 1031 Fire Inspector II, Confined Space and RIT. 

22 year Fire Service Veteran. 4-years USAF Firefighter, currently serving 19th year with the Pease Fire Department at the Pease International Tradeport. Also serves as Assistant Fire Chief for the Manchester-Boston Airport Fire Department. Currently a Staff Instructor at the NH Fire Academy and has worked to develop the NFPA 1003 Airport Firefighter Curriculum.
